Instructions for SPEAKERS
Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint, using the available presentation template. (download template)
​​Presentations must be delivered in English, as English is the official language of the Conference.

An assistant will be available on site to show how to use the computer to run the presentation.
Speakers will not be allowed under any circumstances to come with their own laptop. It will not be possible to connect it.
Instructions for Tutorial/Workshop Organizers
STEP 1
Tutorial/Workshop Organizers are expected to collect a first draft of the slides from all presenters by Friday 18 July, 2025.
After reviewing the drafts, organizers will request a final version of the slides from each presenter.
STEP 2
Each set of final presentations must be compiled into a single ZIP file, named using the code and title of the tutorial/workshop.
The ZIP file containing the FINAL versions of the presentations must be sent to Gerd Kahmen (Tutorials/Workshop Chair) by Friday 1 August, 2025
Kindly note that these will be the slides distributed to all Tutorial/Workshop attendees.​
Instructions for CONFERENCE PRESENTERS
STEP 1
Presenters are kindly requested to send a first draft of their slides to their respective session chairs Friday 18 July, 2025.
Contact details for session chairs can be easily found on the EPapers website.
After receiving and incorporating feedback from your session chair, please proceed with Step 2.
STEP 2
To ensure a smooth logistics process for ESSERC 2025, all presenters are required to upload their presentation files and a short bio (one paragraph) by Friday, 29 August 2025, via the following link

File Naming Instructions
Correct file naming is essential. Please strictly adhere to the following format:
Presentation (PDF file):
session code_paper ID_presenter's last name
Presentation (PPTX file):
session code_paper ID_presenter's last name
Short Bio (PDF file):
session code_paper ID_BIO_presenter's last name
Session codes can be easily found on the EPapers website.
Additional Notes

We strongly recommend submitting your presentation in PDF format to avoid compatibility issues.

If you wish to submit a PPTX version, please also provide a PDF copy as a fallback.

In case the PPTX file does not display correctly on the presentation computer, the PDF version will be used instead.
