We are pleased to present a selection of hotels for attendees of ESSERC 2025. 
To take advantage of these offers, please use the provided booking codes when making your reservation. Each hotel has a limited number of rooms set aside for ESSERC 2025, so we recommend booking early to ensure availability.

All bookings should be arranged by contacting the hotels directly, and typically, a deposit or credit card guarantee is required to confirm your reservation.

Please pay attention to the hotel’s cancellation terms and payment conditions prior to finalizing your reservation.

Neither the Organizing Committee nor the Organizing Secretariat shall be liable for any outstanding payments, damages, or inefficiencies. Additionally, online bookings made through platforms like Booking.com or similar may not offer the same rates, as their prices change daily.

To make your reservation, please follow these steps:

 

  • Download the room allotment form by clicking the blue button below

  • Fill in the form with the required information

  • Send the completed form to the hotel at: muenchen-campus@motel-one.com

  • once the propery has received the form, it will make an optional reservation

  • please note that optional reservations are held for one week only

  • during this period, the guest must confirm the reservation by using the guarantee link provided in the optional reservation confirmation

  • failure to guarantee the reservation within the given timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
